All deposits are fully refundable until the final engineering plans have been approved by the homeowner and the jurisdiction. Once engineering is approved and materials are ordered, deposits become non-refundable to cover incurred costs.
Workmanship warranties vary by service tier (e.g., 2-year to 15-year). Material warranties (up to 50 years) are provided directly by the manufacturers. Solana Energy Concepts guarantees its installation quality but does not assume liability for manufacturer defects beyond the stated labor warranty period.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and property data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of satellite imagery, utility bill analysis, and communication records necessary for project execution.
