Reroofing in Arizona got complicated.

Every AZ roofer eventually runs into the same problems with solar on a reroof. We built the partner network so you never have to figure them out alone.

i

The panels you can't touch

SunRun, SunPower, Tesla — third-party owned systems most installers won't go near. The reroof stalls. The customer waits. The headache lands on you.

ii

The warranty trap

Touch the panels wrong and the original installer voids the warranty. You're suddenly liable for a system you didn't put up. Most roofers absorb the risk and pray.

iii

The leads you lose

Half the homeowners calling about solar need a roof first. They go to a Google search instead of you. Reciprocally, the homeowners calling you for a reroof never hear about your solar partner — because you don't have one.

The systems other companies refuse.

Most solar installers won't touch a system they didn't put up — they don't have the certifications, the structure, or the experience. We do, and that's the whole point of the partner network.

SunRun. SunPower. Tesla.

Lease complications, transfer paperwork, orphan warranty status — we navigate all of it. The systems other crews say no to are the ones we say bring it.

Solar water heaters.

Glycol loops, drain-back systems, evacuated tube arrays. Most solar companies won't go near them. We've done hundreds in nineteen years of Arizona reroofs.

Original installer is gone.

Out of business. Won't return calls. Won't honor warranty. We take over service for the homeowner — monitoring, service, ongoing support. You walk away clean.

" Five-point inspection on every job. If something failed, we tell the homeowner ourselves — not your pull-and-pray installer.
— Our Standard

The other half of the partnership.

Partnership goes both ways. Here's what flows from Solana Pro back to you.

  • Reroof leads from our solar pipeline Homeowners come through our calculator and tell us their roof needs replacing first. We hand those leads directly to partner contractors in their zip code.
  • Storm damage referrals after monsoon Every monsoon season we get calls about wind-lifted tiles and damaged underlayment. The ones we can't structurally serve, we route to partners we trust.
  • Inspection & underlayment failure leads Our solar inspections often surface roof issues. When a homeowner needs structural roof work before solar, our team brings the partner in.
  • No referral fees. No exclusivity. No contracts. We don't take a cut of your work and we don't ask you to commit to anything. Partners work with whoever they want. Good work earns more work.

03

You're set up

You go on the partner list. Your zip code becomes a referral target for our solar pipeline. We share pricing, scheduling, and direct contacts.

04

The work flows both ways

You send us reroofs with solar on them. We send you reroof leads from our pipeline. Standard $175/panel D&R pricing. Net 7 from receipt of clean invoice with completion photos.

05

The customer is taken care of

We stand behind every system we touch — monitoring, warranty, ongoing service. The homeowner has someone to call after the reroof. You're done.
