SMS & Messaging Terms
These terms govern text messages (SMS/MMS) you receive from Solana Energy Concepts LLC ("Solana", "we", "us"). By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to the program described below.
1. Program Opt-In Disclosure
Program: Solana Energy Concepts solar, battery storage, roofing, and EV charging consultation messages. Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity (typically up to 6 messages per month for consultations, scheduling, and project updates). Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Solana when you affirmatively check the SMS consent box on our website forms (such as our consultation request form) and submit the form with a valid mobile number. We capture your IP address, user agent, timestamp, the page URL, and the exact consent text you saw at the time of opt-in. This record is retained as evidence of your express consent.
3. What Messages You Will Receive
- Consultation & scheduling messages — to coordinate site visits, design reviews, and inspections.
- Project status messages — milestone updates while your solar, battery, roofing, or EV charging project is in progress.
- Service messages — warranty, monitoring, and maintenance reminders related to systems we have installed.
- Promotional messages (optional) — only if you separately check the optional marketing checkbox.
4. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on the stage of your project and your interactions with us. Typical recipients receive up to six (6) messages per month. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier — Solana does not charge you for the messages themselves, but standard carrier rates do.
5. Opting Out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; after that, no further marketing or operational SMS messages will be sent to that number. To re-subscribe, submit a new request through our website.

7. Carriers & Delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most other U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. By opting in, you confirm both.
9. Privacy
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are kept solely to operate our messaging program and to demonstrate compliance.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
By opting in to this SMS program, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms or the messages you receive from us will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You and Solana Energy Concepts both agree to waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Arbitration will take place on an individual basis.
